Do Ab is about 7 kilometers (about 4.3 miles) south of Pol-e Sefid, which is the main town of the area. It's also about 14 kilometers (about 8.7 miles) from the famous Veresk Bridge. This bridge is an amazing piece of engineering!

The Railway and Its History

One of the most interesting things about Do Ab is its connection to the Trans-Iranian Railway.

Sevatcow Station

The Sevatcow station, which is part of the Mazandaran branch of the Trans-Iranian Railway, was built right here in Do Ab. This happened a long time ago, when Reza Shah Pahlavi was the ruler of Iran. He was a very important leader who helped modernize the country, including building this railway. Today, trains still stop at Sevatcow station around 1 p.m. every day, connecting Do Ab to other parts of Iran.
