Douglas Louis Sydnor (born December 28, 1919 – died July 29, 1969) was an American baseball player. He was an outfielder in the Negro leagues during the 1940s.

Douglas Sydnor was born in West Point, Virginia. He played baseball during a time when African American players could not join Major League Baseball. Instead, they played in their own professional leagues. These were known as the Negro leagues.
