How Duff Began
Duff was officially planned out in 1883. A person named Robert Small was responsible for creating the community. It is believed that Duff got its name from a man known as "Colonel Duff." His real name was Col. B. B. Edmonston.
The Old Post Office
A post office was opened in Duff way back in 1868. This was a place where people could send and receive mail. The post office served the community for many years. However, it eventually closed down in 1955.
