This plant has also started growing in other areas. These include the east coast of the United States, in states like Maine, Massachusetts, and New York. Dysphania graveolens has had a few different scientific names over time. Some of these include Chenopodium graveolens and Dysphania incisa.
How People Use This Plant
The Zuni people, a Native American tribe, have traditionally used this plant. They would soak the plant in water. Then, they would breathe in the steam from the water. This method was used to help treat headaches.
