Délice de Bourgogne is a special kind of cheese from the Burgundy region of France. It's made from cow's milk and was first created in 1975 by Jean Lincet at a cheese factory called Fromagerie Lincet. This cheese is known for being super creamy and soft. It's called a "triple-cream" cheese because extra cream is added during the making process. This makes it extra rich and smooth!
What Makes This Cheese Special?
Délice de Bourgogne has a few unique features:

- Inside, the cheese is smooth and can be ivory (like a light cream color) to pale yellow.
- Near the rind, you might notice a smell like fresh mushrooms.
- The cheese feels delicate when you eat it. It tastes mild and a little bit tangy.
