Edgewater-Paisano was a small community in San Patricio County, Texas, United States. It was located near Mathis, Texas. In the year 2000, about 182 people lived there.
This area was known as a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it was a special area defined by the government for counting people, but it wasn't an official city or town. After the 2000 census, Edgewater-Paisano was split into two new CDPs: Edgewater Estates and Paisano Park. This happened before the 2010 census.
