El Balcó del Pirineu facts for kids
El Balcó del Pirineu (which means "Pyrenees Balcony" in English) is a lovely residential area located in Montferrer i Castellbò, a municipality in Catalonia, Spain. It's called a "balcony" because it's built on a mountain range, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.
This residential area was developed in 1975. It sits right next to the Segre River and is close to two villages, Montferrer and Castellciutat. Both of these villages are also part of the same mountain range.
