Elitserien is Sweden's top league for men's volleyball. It's where the best teams in Sweden compete against each other. The name "Elitserien" means "Elite Series" in Swedish. After the regular season, usually around late February or early March, the teams play in a special championship playoff. This playoff decides who will be the national champion of Swedish volleyball.
