Elliot Knight is an actor from England. He first started acting in 2012. His very first big role was playing the main character, Sinbad, in the TV show Sinbad.
Elliot has worked a lot in television. He was a regular actor in the crime drama By Any Means and the mystery show American Gothic. He also appeared in the comedy-drama Life Sentence. Many fans know him for playing Merlin in the fantasy series Once Upon a Time. He also played Don Hall, known as Dove, in the superhero show Titans.
On the big screen, Elliot Knight was in the science fiction horror movie Color Out of Space in 2020. He is also well-known for his voice and motion capture work in video games. He plays Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick in the popular Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series, including the games released in 2019, 2022, and 2023.

Elliot Knight was born in Birmingham, United Kingdom. His parents, Stuart and Lorna Knight, were both teachers. Elliot went to King Edward VI Aston School. After that, he studied at the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theatre. He finished his studies there in 2011 with a special degree in arts.
Acting Career Highlights
In June 2011, Elliot Knight got his first professional acting job. He was chosen for the main role in the TV drama Sinbad for Sky1. This show started airing in July 2012.
In 2013, Elliot joined the cast of the BBC crime drama By Any Means. Two years later, in 2015, he was cast as the famous wizard Merlin in the fifth season of Once Upon a Time.
In March 2017, Elliot Knight got another important role. He played Wes Charles in The CW series Life Sentence. This show began in 2018.
In 2020, Elliot starred alongside actors Nicolas Cage and Joely Richardson in the sci-fi horror film Color Out of Space. This movie was directed by Richard Stanley.
