Elong Elong is a small place, also known as a locality, located in the country of Australia. You can find it in the state of New South Wales, right along the Golden Highway.
Where is Elong Elong?
Elong Elong is situated between two other places called Ballimore and Cobbora. It's also connected by a railway line that runs from Dubbo to Binnaway. This railway line is important for moving things like grain.
If you look to the east of Elong Elong, the railway line turns away from the Talbragar River. It then heads north, going through a forest, all the way to a town called Mendooran.
What Can You Find There?
Even though Elong Elong is a small place, it has a few houses where people live. You'll also see a big grain silo there. A grain silo is like a tall tower used to store lots of grain, such as wheat or barley, after it's harvested from farms nearby.
How Many People Live There?
According to a count done in 2016, there were 115 people living in Elong Elong. This shows it's a very small community.
