Emília Rotter (born September 8, 1906, in Budapest, Hungary – died January 28, 2003) was a famous Hungarian pair skater. She was known for her amazing skills on the ice.

Emília Rotter teamed up with her skating partner, László Szollás. Together, they became one of the best pair skating teams in the world. They won many important competitions.

They won the World Figure Skating Championship four times in just five years. These wins were in 1931, 1933, 1934, and 1935. In 1932, they earned a silver medal at the World Championships.

They also became the European Champions in 1934. Before that, they won silver medals at the European Championships in 1930 and 1931.

Emília and László represented Hungary at the 1932 Winter Olympics and at the 1936 Winter Olympics. They proudly won two bronze medals for their country at these Olympic Games.

Emília Rotter was honored for her achievements in sports. In 1995, she was welcomed into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. This special place celebrates great athletes.
