The Embassy of Thailand in London is like Thailand's home away from home in the United Kingdom. It's a special building where Thai diplomats work to keep a good relationship between Thailand and the UK. This embassy has been at its current spot since 1965.

The building is part of a group of important old buildings on Queen's Gate. These buildings are so special that they are "Grade II listed," meaning they are protected because of their history or architecture. The Bangladesh High Commission is right next door.

What is an Embassy?

An embassy is the main office for a country's representatives in another country. Think of it as a bridge between two nations. The people who work there, called diplomats, help citizens from their home country who are visiting or living abroad.
