About Emily Luchetti
Emily Luchetti was born in 1957. She grew up in a city called Corning in New York. After high school, she went to Denison University. She studied sociology there and earned her degree in 1979.
Her Culinary Journey
Emily loved cooking, so she continued her studies at the New York Restaurant School. This school is now known as The Art Institute of New York City. After finishing her studies, she moved to Paris, France, for a year. There, she learned from a well-known chef named Gérard Pangaud. In 1984, she married Peter Luchetti.
