Emily McGuire, born on January 12, 1999, is an Australian rules footballer. She played in the AFL Women's (AFLW) league. Emily played for the Fremantle Football Club. Later, she also played for the West Coast Eagles.

Emily McGuire's Early Career
Emily McGuire was chosen to play in the AFLW. She was picked by Fremantle in the 2017 AFL Women's draft. This was their fifth choice overall. She was the thirty-third player picked in that draft.
Her AFLW Debut
Emily played her first AFLW game in 2018. It was in Round 3 of the 2018 season. Her team, Fremantle, won by five points. They played against Melbourne at Fremantle Oval.
Rising Star Nomination
In that same game, Emily played very well. She kicked two goals for her team. Because of her great performance, she was nominated for the 2018 AFL Women's Rising Star award. This award celebrates young, talented players.
Moving to West Coast
After the 2018 season, Emily left the Fremantle team. She later joined the West Coast Eagles. In August 2020, she also left the West Coast team.
