Emmanuelle Houdart (born in 1967) is a talented artist and illustrator from Switzerland. She is well-known for her unique and imaginative drawings, especially in children's books. She also designs costumes and textiles.

About Emmanuelle Houdart
Emmanuelle Houdart studied art in Switzerland. She went to the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Sion and then the Ecole Supèrieure d'Arts Visuels in Geneve. After finishing her studies, she moved to Paris, France.
Since 1996, Emmanuelle has worked as a painter and an illustrator. More recently, she has also started designing costumes and fabrics. For example, her illustrations were used to create special fabrics and costumes for an exhibition called "Barnhominum" in 2011. This show was part of a big book fair in Montreuil, France.
She also creates illustrations for many popular French magazines and newspapers. These include Libération, Le Monde, Sciences et Vie Junior, and Ça m'intéresse.
