Enrique Olvera (born in 1976) is a very famous Mexican chef. He is the owner and head chef of Pujol, a special restaurant in Mexico City. Pujol serves amazing Mexican food and has earned two Michelin stars. In 2021, Pujol was ranked as the 9th best restaurant in the world by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Enrique Olvera also created the menu for the business class section of the airline Aeroméxico.
