Entre Ríos is a town in Bolivia. Its name means "Between the rivers" in Spanish. It is located in the Tarija Department of Bolivia.
Where is Entre Ríos?
Entre Ríos is the main town of Burdett O'Connor Province. It sits about 1,230 meters (4,035 feet) above sea level. The town is where the Río Tambo river meets one of its smaller rivers.
It is about 110 kilometers (68 miles) east of Tarija. Tarija is the capital city of the department. It takes about three hours to drive there. The town is surrounded by mountains and is in a long, triangular valley. Entre Ríos used to be called San Luis.

The weather in Entre Ríos is warm all year. The average temperature is about 20.9°C (69.6°F).
Most of the rain falls during the summer. This rainy season is from January to March. The town gets about 1,300 millimeters (51 inches) of rain each year.

How many people live there?
In 2001, about 2,413 people lived in Entre Ríos. By 2007, the population grew to around 2,800 people.
The area around Entre Ríos is an important home for the Guaraní. They are an indigenous group who have lived in the Paraná Basin for thousands of years.
