Escurinho facts for kids
Benedito Custódio Ferreira, nicknamed Escurinho (3 July 1930 – 12 December 2020) was a Brazilian footballer who played as an attacking midfielder and left winger. He was born in Nova Lima, Brazil. Escurinho played for Villa Nova, Fluminense, Atlético Junior, Portuguesa (RJ) and Bonsucesso.
He played eight times for the Brazilian national team between 1955 and 1956.
He died on 12 November 2020 from Alzheimer's disease and multiple organ failure in Nova Lima at the age of 90.
