Eva's Culinary Journey
Starting in the Kitchen
Eva began her career in the kitchen when she was just 16 years old. She started as an assistant pastry chef, learning from her brother. She loved making sweets and desserts! Over time, she took many cooking courses to improve her skills. She became an expert in pastries and eventually became the head pastry chef at a restaurant her father opened.
From Kitchen to Television
Eva first appeared on television in 1991. She joined her brother Karlos on his TV show, "cuisine every day," where she shared her amazing dessert recipes. She continued to be a part of his shows for many years. In 2006, Eva got her very own TV show called Hoy cocinas tú (which means 'You're cooking today'). On this show, she helped people learn how to cook a full meal for their guests. She also presented another show called "temptations of Eve" in 2007.
