Evelyn Omavowan Oboro, born in 1971, is a Nigerian politician. She was a member of the Federal House of Representatives. This is a very important part of Nigeria's government. She represented the Okpe, Sapele, and Uvwie areas. These areas are located in Delta State. She was elected as a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

In 2009, she also earned a degree in Law from Delta State University.
