Fèlix Millet i Tusell (born 8 December 1935 – died 15 March 2023) was a Spanish businessman. He became well-known for his work with a famous music hall, but also for misusing money meant for the institution.

The Story of Fèlix Millet
Early Life and Career
Fèlix Millet was born in Barcelona, Spain. His uncle, Lluís Millet, helped start a famous choir called the Orfeó Català. Fèlix was one of five brothers.
He studied how to grow crops and manage farms. Later, he lived for ten years in Bioko, an island off the coast of Africa. There, he led a company that exported coffee and cocoa for his family.
Leading the Palau de la Música
From 1990 to 2009, Fèlix Millet was the president of a special foundation. This foundation supported the Orfeó Català choir and the beautiful Palau de la Música Catalana. The Palau de la Música is a famous concert hall in Barcelona.
During his time as president, he was in charge of managing money for this important cultural place.
Misuse of Funds and Consequences
In 2009, Fèlix Millet was removed from his role. This happened because he was accused of misusing money. He was found to have taken about 23 million euros. This money was supposed to help the cultural institution.
Instead, he used it for himself and for other payments. After a long investigation, Millet admitted to some of his actions. He was found responsible for taking and misusing funds.
He was also found to have used the institution to hide payments between other groups. These payments were not allowed.
Later Life and Passing
In November 2022, Fèlix Millet was allowed to stay at home due to health reasons. He lived in Cardedeu, Spain.
He passed away on 15 March 2023, at the age of 87. He died from a stroke.
