Fabrício de Souza, often called simply Fabrício, is a former Brazilian footballer. He was born on July 5, 1982. Fabrício played as a defensive midfielder, a position where he helped protect his team's goal and also started attacks.

Fabrício's Football Journey

Fabrício began his football career in Brazil. He played for several important clubs during his time as a professional player.

Playing for Corinthians

From 2001 to 2005, Fabrício played for Corinthians. This is one of Brazil's biggest football clubs. He played in many matches for them and helped the team win some major titles.

Time in Japan

In February 2006, Fabrício moved to Japan. He joined a team called Júbilo Iwata. He played there for two seasons, until the end of 2007.

Returning to Brazil with Cruzeiro

In January 2008, Fabrício returned to Brazil. He was loaned to Cruzeiro. A loan means a player temporarily moves to another team. His move to Cruzeiro became permanent in January 2009.
