Fairview Beach is located in the northwestern part of King George County. You can find it on the south bank of the Potomac River. This river is a big and important waterway in the eastern United States.
To get there, you can take Fairview Drive (which is also known as state route 696) heading north from Virginia State Route 218. The community is about 7 miles (11 km) north of King George, which is the main town of the county. It's also about 6 miles (10 km) northeast of Passapatanzy.
