Falkenham's Past

Long ago, around the time of the Norman Conquest (which happened in 1066), the manor of Walton was connected to Falkenham. For many years, the village had a public house, which is like a local gathering place or inn, called The Falkenham Dog. However, it closed its doors in 1975 or 1976.
