Feliz is a small city, also known as a municipality, located in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Think of a municipality like a local area or a county in some other countries. In 2020, about 13,640 people lived in Feliz.
This municipality was officially founded in February 1959. It covers an area of about 96 square kilometers (which is roughly 37 square miles). Feliz is found in the Sul region of Brazil. This is the southernmost part of the country.
