Fernando Godoy's Football Journey
Fernando Godoy started his football journey in the youth training program of Independiente. He played his first game with their main team in 2009.
Early Career at Independiente
In 2010, Fernando began to play more often for Independiente. He helped his team win the 2010 Copa Sudamericana. This is a big football tournament in South America. He played in six games during this winning season. In 2013, he scored his first goal as a professional player. This happened in a match against San Martín de San Juan on May 19.
Playing in Greece
From 2013 to 2015, Fernando Godoy moved to Greece. He played as a midfielder for Panetolikos. This team is part of the Super League Greece, which is the top football league in Greece. He played 63 games for them. In 2015, he joined another team in the Super League, Atromitos.
