First Fiat Fiorino: 1977-1988

The first version of the Fiat Fiorino was made from 1977 to 1988. It was a handy vehicle, often seen as a small delivery van or a pick-up truck.

Models of the First Generation

This generation came in different styles to suit various needs:

  A 3-door panel van, also known as the Fiorino Panorama.

• 

  A 2-door pick-up truck, called the Fiorino pick-up.

• 

  Another 3-door panel van, simply known as the Fiorino.

• 

  A 2-door pick-up made by Seat, similar to the Fiorino.

Engines for the First Generation

The Fiorino had different engines to power it:

Petrol Engines

• 1.05 engine with 37 kW (50 hp)

Diesel Engines

• 1.3 D engine with 33 kW (45 hp)

Second Fiat Fiorino: 1988-Today

The second version of the Fiat Fiorino started being made in 1988. This generation was updated over the years and is still produced in some parts of the world, like Brazil.

Models of the Second Generation

This generation also offered different body types:

  A 3-door panel van, known as the Fiorino Panorama.

• 

  A 3-door panel van from Brazil, which had a new look.

• 

  A 2-door pick-up truck, the Fiorino pick-up.

• 

  Another 3-door panel van, simply called the Fiorino.

• 1.7 TD 8V (This one had a turbocharger for extra power!)

Third Fiat Fiorino: 2007-Today

The third and newest version of the Fiat Fiorino was launched in 2007. This model is more modern and comes in different shapes, including a passenger car version.

Models of the Third Generation

This generation introduced new styles:

  A 4-door panel van, called the Fiorino Combinato.

• 

  A 3-door panel van, known as the Fiorino Cargo.

• 

  A 5-door MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle), which is a car designed for passengers and cargo, called the Qubo.

• 1.4 Natural Power 8V CNG engine with 57 kW (78 hp) (This engine can run on both petrol and natural gas!)
