Filip Đorđević (Serbian Cyrillic: Филип Ђорђевић, pronounced [fǐlip dʑǒːrdʑeʋitɕ]; born 28 September 1987) is a Serbian retired professional footballer. He played as a forward, which means he was a player who focused on scoring goals.
Đorđević played for the Serbian national team from 2012 to 2014. He played in 14 games for his country and scored 4 goals.

Filip Đorđević's Football Journey
Starting His Career
Filip Đorđević was born in Belgrade. He started playing football at a young age for his hometown club, Red Star Belgrade. He spent eight years with this team.
During his time at Red Star, he also played on loan for another club called Rad. He played only a few games for Red Star before he moved to France.
Playing for Nantes
In 2008, Đorđević joined Nantes, a team in France. At first, he was on loan. He helped Nantes get promoted to Ligue 1, which is the top football league in France.
Because of his good performance, Nantes signed him permanently. In the 2008–09 season, Nantes went back to Ligue 2. Đorđević kept playing for them.
He became a very consistent player in the 2010–11 season. He played in 36 league games and scored 12 goals. He also helped set up five goals for his teammates.
In the 2012–13 season, Đorđević played amazingly well. He scored 20 goals in 34 league games. This made him the top scorer in Ligue 2 that season! His goals helped Nantes get promoted back to Ligue 1.
When Nantes returned to Ligue 1, Đorđević continued to score. He scored seven goals in his first 12 games. This put him among the top scorers in the league.
Moving to Lazio
On 19 March 2014, Filip Đorđević announced he would leave Nantes. He decided to join Lazio, a big team in Italy's top league, Serie A. He joined Lazio for free on 1 July 2014.
He scored his first goals for Lazio on 29 September 2014. He scored three goals in one game against Palermo. Lazio won that match 4–0. He scored again in the next game, helping Lazio win 3–2 against Sassuolo.
Time at Chievo
On 13 June 2018, another Italian club, Chievo, announced they had signed Đorđević. He joined them after his contract with Lazio ended. He signed a three-year contract with Chievo.
Playing for His Country
Filip Đorđević was first called to play for the Serbian national team in 2007. However, he did not play in that game.
Five years later, in 2012, he was chosen again for the national team. He played in a friendly match against Chile on 14 November 2012. He scored a goal just two minutes after he entered the game! This was his first goal for Serbia.
He continued to play for Serbia until 2014.
