Flavia Cacace-Mistry (born in 1980) is a famous Italian British professional dancer. She is well-known for her amazing dance moves. She also appeared on the popular TV show Strictly Come Dancing. For many years, her dance partner was Vincent Simone. Together, they were known as 'Vincent and Flavia'.

Early life
Flavia Cacace was born in Naples, Italy. She was the youngest of six children in her family. When she was four years old, her family moved to the United Kingdom. Her father, who was a chef, got a new job there. Flavia went to St Peter's Catholic School in Guildford. She finished school in 1995.
Career
Strictly Come Dancing
Flavia Cacace became a very popular dancer on the BBC show Strictly Come Dancing. This show pairs professional dancers with celebrities. They learn and perform different dance styles. Flavia was on the show from 2006 to 2012.
In 2005, Flavia and her partner Vincent Simone helped introduce the Argentine Tango to the show. They choreographed a group dance. This dance style later became a scored competition dance.
In 2006, Flavia joined the fourth series of Strictly Come Dancing. Her first celebrity partner was comedian Jimmy Tarbuck. However, they had to leave the show early. This was due to medical reasons.
Flavia competed in seven series of Strictly Come Dancing. She danced with many different celebrities. In 2012, she won the show with her partner, gymnast Louis Smith. They were a fantastic team!

On June 1, 2013, Flavia announced that she and Vincent Simone would not return to Strictly Come Dancing. They wanted to focus on other dance shows and projects.

Flavia has also appeared on other TV shows. In January 2012, she was on the BBC series The Magicians.
Flavia and Vincent Simone also created a dance app. It is called 'Dance with Vincent and Flavia'. This app helps users learn basic dance steps. It allows them to become better dancers with their guidance.
