Early Life
Florencia Bertotti was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her father, Gustavo Bertotti, was a jeweler. Her mother, María Candelaria Pérez Colman, was a psychologist and a teacher for children with special needs. Florencia's parents divorced when she was seven years old. She has an older sister named Clara Bertotti. Sadly, her father passed away in 1999 while she was working on the TV series Verano del '98. Florencia went to school at the Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Misericordia in Recoleta, Buenos Aires.
Family Life
On December 2, 2006, Florencia married Guido Kaczka. They met while filming Verano del '98. On July 10, 2008, they had a son named Romeo. Florencia and Guido divorced in March 2010, and they both share in raising their son. Since 2010, Florencia Bertotti has been in a relationship with actor Federico Amador.
Florencia's Career
Florencia Bertotti started her career in television with a jam advertisement in 1995. After appearing in several commercials, she had a small role in the TV series Dulce Ana in 1995.
In 1996, she had another small part in the TV series 90 60 90 modelos. From 1996 to 1998, she was part of the cast of the TV series De corazón.
Movies and TV Shows
In 1998, Florencia made her first movie, Mala época. That same year, she played the main role of young Aneta in the film El Faro.
From 1999 to 2000, she was in the youth TV series Verano del '98. She then joined the cast of Luna salvaje from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, she was in the TV series Culpables and the movie Déjala correr.
From 2002 to 2003, Florencia was part of the TV series Son amores. In 2004, she appeared in Los pensionados.
A big moment in her career was from 2004 to 2005, when she starred in the popular youth TV series Floricienta. She played the main character, Florencia Fazzarino Valente.
In 2008, it was announced that Florencia would return to television with a new children's show. From 2009 to 2010, she starred in Niní with Federico Amador. She also produced and directed this series with her husband at the time, Guido Kaczka.
In 2010, she returned to movies with Igualita a mí, where she starred alongside Adrián Suar.
In 2012, Florencia Bertotti played Amparo Lacroix in the TV series La Dueña. In 2014, she was the main character in the TV series Guapas. She also helped write the theme song for Guapas with Willie Lorenzo, which was sung by Fabiana Cantilo.
In 2016, Florencia starred in the TV series Silencios de familia with Adrián Suar and Julieta Díaz. In 2017, she acted in the movie Casi leyendas. She also composed theme songs for the series Las Estrellas and Simona with Willie Lorenzo.
In 2018, she directed the dance routines for the opening of Bailando 2018 with the cast of Simona. In 2019, she was part of the play 100 metros cuadrados.
Other Projects
On May 6, 2013, Florencia Bertotti opened her own clothing store for children, babies, and mothers. She named it Pancha Buenos Aires by Florencia Bertotti.
On March 15, 2021, Florencia launched a new part of her business called Pancha Recreo. This section offers wooden games that don't need batteries, rules, or instructions. These games are designed to help young children learn and grow. Pancha Recreo also has many children's books that Florencia herself carefully chose and read.
