Where is Fowler Located?
This community is found along Missouri Route MM. It is about four miles south of a place called Bendavis. Fowler is also about seven miles north-northeast of the town of Mountain Grove.
A Look Back: Fowler's History
Fowler once had its own post office. This post office first opened its doors in the year 1889. It served the community for many years, helping people send and receive mail. The post office continued to operate until 1923, when it finally closed. The community of Fowler was named after a person named C. A. Fowler. He was a local storekeeper in the area.
