Frank Wrentmore was a Welsh rugby player born in Pontypridd in late 1884. He played both rugby union and professional rugby league in the 1900s. Frank played rugby union for Penygraig RFC. Later, he played rugby league for Mid-Rhondda. He also served as a soldier in World War I.
