Fuerte Quemado is a small village and a type of local government area called a municipality. It is located in Catamarca Province, which is in the northwestern part of Argentina. The village is about 15 kilometers (9 miles) south of another place called Quilmes. You can find Fuerte Quemado on the left bank of the Santa Maria River in Argentina.
