Fuller is a small, unincorporated community located in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. An unincorporated community is a place that doesn't have its own local government, but it's still a recognized area.
History of Fuller
Fuller had a post office that opened in 1875. This post office helped people send and receive letters and packages. It stayed open for many years, until 1915. The very first person to be in charge of the post office was named Abel Fuller.
