Ole Gabriel Rasch (born on April 8, 1976) is a former professional road bicycle racer from Norway. After his racing career, he became a directeur sportif for a top cycling team. A directeur sportif is like a team manager or coach for a cycling team. They help plan race strategies and support the riders.

Gabriel Rasch's Cycling Journey
Gabriel Rasch was born in Hole, Norway. When he started his professional cycling career, he often rode on the same team as his fellow Norwegian cyclist, Thor Hushovd. Gabriel has said that Thor helped him a lot to become a professional rider.
In 2003, Gabriel won a very important race: the Norwegian National Road Race Championship. This meant he was the best road cyclist in Norway that year!
After riding for several teams, Gabriel joined Team Sky in 2013. In October 2013, he announced that he would stop racing during the 2014 season. He decided to become a directeur sportif for Team Sky. Gabriel finished his racing career at the famous Paris–Roubaix race, where he finished 117th.
