What is a Region?
In many countries, a "region" is like a large district or a province. It's a way to divide the country into smaller parts for easier management. Gabú is one of the regions that make up Guinea-Bissau.
Sectors of Gabú
Just like a country has regions, regions can also be divided into smaller areas called sectors. The Gabú region has five main sectors:
- Boé
- Gabú (This is the capital city of the region)
- Piche
- Pirada
- Sonaco
