Kids Encyclopedia Facts

Godaikin was a cool line of Super Robot toys released by Bandai America between 1982 and 1985. The name "Godaikin" comes from two Japanese words: gokin (合金), which means "alloy" (a type of metal mix), and dai (大), meaning "big" or "great." These toys were based on popular robot characters from Japanese TV shows, especially those from series like Chogokin and Popinika.
