From there, the stream flows towards the south and southwest. It then crosses into Bollinger County. The creek continues its path generally south, staying close to the county border.

Granny Creek's journey ends when it joins Hog Creek. This meeting point, known as the confluence, is about 1.5 miles northwest of Lake Girardeau. It's also near the small village of Crump.
