One special thing about Härryda is how close it is to Göteborg Landvetter Airport. It's only about three kilometers (two miles) from the airport's main building. This means Härryda is right under the flight path for planes. Because of this, it can be quite noisy when planes fly overhead. Many people who live in Härryda also work at the airport. They often don't mind the airplane noise as much because their jobs are connected to it.
