EXID is a popular K-pop girl group from South Korea. There are five members: Solji, LE, Hani, Hyelin, and Junghwa. They started their music journey on February 12, 2012, with their first song called "Holla".

In August 2012, EXID released their first mini-album, Hippity Hop. It didn't become super famous right away. However, their song "Up & Down" from 2014 became a huge hit! It reached number one on the Gaon Singles Chart a few months after it came out. This song helped them become much more well-known. A special video (called a fancam) of member Hani performing "Up & Down" went viral online, getting millions of views and making the group even more popular.

EXID released their next mini-album, Ah Yeah, on April 13, 2015. The main song from this album, also called "Ah Yeah", was very successful. It reached the second spot on the Gaon Singles Chart.

EXID has five talented members, each with their own special role in the group.
