Hannah Greenwood is an Australian actress who works in theatre and on television. She is most famous for her role as Saskia Litras in the Australian children's TV series Noah and Saskia. She also helped create the Lightning Jar Theatre company in Melbourne.
Acting Career
Hannah Greenwood began her acting career when she was just 11 years old. Her first role was playing a girl in a coma on the TV show State Coroner.
Television Roles
Hannah has appeared in many TV shows, especially shows for kids and teens. She had major roles in High Flyers, Horace and Tina, and Legacy of the Silver Shadow.
Her most well-known role was playing Saskia in Noah and Saskia. She also played the character Teresa Cammeniti in the popular Australian soap opera Neighbours. Additionally, she has made guest appearances in other shows like Stingers, Short Cuts, and Blue Heelers.
Stage Performances
After studying acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Hannah began performing in many plays. Some of her stage performances include roles in classic plays like Top Girls, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Uncle Vanya. She also acted in several plays directed by David Myles.
In 2017, Hannah performed in Stupid ... Bird, which was the first play put on by her theatre company, Lightning Jar Theatre. A reviewer praised her acting, saying her storytelling was "lovely" and her character was "compelling."
In 2025, Hannah acted in the play POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great ... are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive. In this play, she portrayed a character named Bernadette. A review in Theatre Matters said, "Hannah Greenwood is great fun," and praised her on-stage chemistry with Tilly Legge, who also helped start Lightning Jar Theatre.
