Haruhisa Hasegawa (長谷川 治久, Hasegawa Haruhisa, born April 14, 1957) is a former Japanese football player. He was a forward, which means he played in an attacking position to score goals. Hasegawa was a talented player who represented the Japanese national team.

Haruhisa Hasegawa was born in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, on April 14, 1957. After finishing his studies at Osaka University of Commerce, he joined a football club called Yanmar Diesel in 1980.
