Heike Beier (born 3 December 1983 Berlin) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Heike Beier started her career in Dresdner SC junior league. In 1994, she moved to VC Olympia Pirna , where she played for many years. She won several German junior championship titles. During the 2000/01 season she was active at the VC Olympia Berlin.

Beginning in 2001, she played for the women's team of the Dresdner SC and won the DVV Cup. In 2007, she won the German championship.

In 2006-07, she made her debut in the senior team under the new national coach Giovanni Guidetti. In summer 2007 she won the European Grand Prix qualification with the women's national team and finished sixth at the European Championships in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In 2008 she moved to Rebecchi Lupa Piacenza in the Italian A2 league. In 2010 she joined the Russian club Leningradka St. Petersburg. In January 2011, she returned to Rebecchi Lupa Piacenza. In the 2011/12 season she played for the Italian second division club Giaveno, with whom she rose to the A1 league. In 2012/13 she played for league competitor Pomì Casalmaggiore. In 2013, she took first place in the European League with the national team. In 2014, she moved to the Polish league to Aluprof Bielsko-Białaand. From 2015-2017, she played for Budowlani Łódź . Beier retired in 2017.
