Henry Ludlow (born around 1577 – died 13 October 1639) was an English politician. He was a member of the House of Commons, which is like today's parliament, between 1601 and 1611.

Early Life and Family

Henry Ludlow was the son of Sir Edmund Ludlow and his first wife, Bridget Coker. He studied at Hart Hall, Oxford in 1591 and later at Middle Temple in 1595. These were important places for education and law studies in England at the time.

Political Career

In 1601, Henry Ludlow was chosen to be a Member of Parliament (MP) for the area of Andover. An MP is a person elected to represent their local area in the House of Commons. He was elected again in 1604, this time as an MP for Ludgershall.

Later Life and Family

In 1624, Henry Ludlow took over his father's properties and lands. He passed away when he was about 63 years old. Henry Ludlow was married to Lettice West. They had four sons and five daughters together. His stepbrother, also named Henry, was also a Member of Parliament.
