Hidden Valley is home to about 1,185 houses. The community is looked after by a group called the Hidden Valley Foundation. This foundation is like a club for all the homeowners. It helps make sure the community runs smoothly.
How Hidden Valley is Managed
The Hidden Valley Foundation has a team of people who help manage the community every day. They also have a Board of Directors. These directors are chosen by the homeowners. They make important decisions for everyone living in Hidden Valley.

History of the Community
For a long time, the Hidden Valley Foundation and the Hidden Valley Resort were run by the same company. But on January 1, 2020, things changed. The community of Hidden Valley became self-governing. This means the homeowners, through the Hidden Valley Foundation, now manage their own community.
The Hidden Valley Resort is a popular ski resort. It's located within the Hidden Valley area, but it's now owned by a different company called Vail Resorts, Inc. It's a separate business from the Hidden Valley Foundation.
Hidden Valley is located in a beautiful area called the Laurel Highlands. It's also close to major highways like the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstates 70 and 76), making it easy to get to.
