Hillman Terome Frazier (born July 17, 1950) is an American politician. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Since 1993, he has served as a state senator in Mississippi. He represents the 27th District.
Before becoming a senator, Mr. Frazier was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He served there from 1980 until 1993. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi. He is married to Jean Clayton.
One important thing Mr. Frazier did was in 1995. He noticed that the state of Mississippi had never officially approved the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. This amendment made slavery illegal across the country. After he pointed this out, the Mississippi legislature voted to approve it.
