Hiroshi Jofuku (城福 浩, Jofuku Hiroshi, born March 21, 1961) is a Japanese football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of the J1 League club Tokyo Verdy. He is known for his work leading different teams in Japanese football.

Playing Football
Hiroshi Jofuku was born in Tokushima, Japan. His birthday is on March 21, 1961. After finishing his studies at Waseda University, he played football for a team called Fujitsu. He played for them from 1983 to 1989. During his playing career, he was a Midfielder.
Becoming a Coach
After he stopped playing, Jofuku became a coach. He started coaching at Fujitsu in 1993. In 1996, he became the main manager for the team. Later, in 1999, he moved to FC Tokyo.
Coaching the National Youth Team
Jofuku also managed the Japan U-17 national team. He coached them starting in 2005. Under his guidance, the U-17 Japan team won the 2006 AFC U-17 Championship. This win allowed them to play in the 2007 U-17 World Cup.
Managing FC Tokyo (First Time)
In 2008, Jofuku became the manager for FC Tokyo. The club achieved success by winning the 2009 J.League Cup in 2009. However, the team's performance was not as good in 2010. He left the club in September of that year.
Leading Ventforet Kofu
In 2012, Jofuku joined J2 League club Ventforet Kofu. He led this team to win the J.League Division 2 championship that same season. In 2014, the club finished 13th in the 2014 J.League Division 1. This was their best position ever in the club's history. He left the club at the end of that season.
Return to FC Tokyo and Sanfrecce Hiroshima
Jofuku returned to manage FC Tokyo in 2016. However, he left the club in July due to poor results. In 2018, he signed with Sanfrecce Hiroshima. The club performed very well that year. They finished in 2nd place in the 2018 season.
Current Role at Tokyo Verdy
On June 15, 2022, Jofuku was named the manager of Tokyo Verdy. He successfully led the team to get promoted to the J1 League. This happened at the end of the 2023 J2 League season through a play-off.
