Icône is a tall building complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was designed by the architecture company Béïque Legault Thuot. The buildings are located on René-Lévesque Boulevard, close to the Bell Centre.

What is Icône?

The Icône complex is made up of two main towers. These towers are home to both homes and offices. Construction on the complex started in 2013 and finished in 2016.

Two Towers, Two Uses

The Icône complex has two different towers, each with its own purpose.

The West Tower

The West Tower is the taller of the two. It stands at 146 metres (479 ft) (about 479 feet) high. This tower has 39 floors. It contains 358 luxury condos, which are apartments that people own.

The East Tower

The East Tower is a bit shorter. It is 107 metres (351 ft) (about 351 feet) tall and has 27 floors. This tower is used for a mix of things. It has office spaces for businesses and also apartments that people can rent.

Where is Icône Located?

The Icône towers are in a busy part of downtown Montreal. They are found at the corner of René-Lévesque Boulevard and De la Montagne Street. This location is very convenient, as it is right near the Bell Centre. The Bell Centre is a famous arena where many sports games and concerts happen.
