Daniel McLoyd (born July 30, 1994), known by his stage name IceJJFish, is an American Internet star, singer, rapper, and dancer. He became famous for his unique singing style and his song "On the Floor." This song's music video has been watched over 91 million times on YouTube. Because of how popular "On the Floor" became, IceJJFish turned into an Internet sensation. He even appeared on different TV shows and online podcasts. His music got a lot of attention, and some people jokingly called him the "King of R&B" or a funny meme. In 2019, he decided to make gospel music because it was the kind of music he truly wanted to create. He has released three studio albums, three EPs, and three singles.

Early Success with "On the Floor"

On November 25, 2013, IceJJFish released his first song, "On the Floor." He then put out the music video for it on YouTube on February 6, 2014. A company called ThatRaw.com helped produce and promote the video. "On the Floor" was a huge hit for him. The video got more than 10 million views in just one month. As of July 2025, it has over 91 million views. His special and sometimes unusual music style earned him titles like "internet idol" and "internet sensation" from media groups that year.

TV Appearances and Collaborations

In 2014, IceJJFish was a guest on the TV show Loiter Squad, which was created by the group Odd Future. On the show, he made a song with Tyler, the Creator. This song, called "I Just Bought A Bugatti (I'm Happy)," was meant to be a funny take on hip hop music. Critics really liked it because it was so humorous.

Later, in 2015, IceJJFish was featured on an episode of Nick Cannon's show Wild N' Out. During this episode, he took part in a rap battle with the show's regular cast members.

Changing His Music Style

In the late 2010s, IceJJFish had some disagreements with other artists, like Lil Yachty. He claimed that some musicians were copying his sound. Because of this, he released an EP (a shorter music album) called LilJJFish. The cover of this EP showed McLoyd looking like Lil Yachty. After this, IceJJFish changed his music style from R&B to gospel. The music projects he released in 2019 showed this new gospel sound.

On October 5, 2022, IceJJFish shared on social media that he had gotten married.
