Description: Calderwood Dam, along the Little Tennessee River in Blount County, Tennessee, USA. The sixth gate from the far end of the dam is open, allowing the white streak of water to spill over. This image was obtained by following the gravel road from the Calderwood Overlook on US-129 to its end, and climbing the ridge slope to the end of the concrete wall blocking the way.
